Good morning. I want help on on calculation of leave salary payment on temination & on resignation.
Basic Salary - Rs.20000/= per month
Total Salary- Basic + Allowances = Total payment
We have Private Limited Company with less than 7 staff.
My calculation is on completion of one year - 30 days leave salary= Rs.20000/= to be paid as leave salary
What is the meaning of Dearness Allowance.....
Person whom we terminated is saying the I have to pay him Total salary - Basic+All Allowance.
On Resignation - how to calculate the Leave Salary payment
