calculation of ADT1 filing late fee
Company incorporated on 08-12-2016, but iam filing ADT-1 for F.Y 2016-17 today (i.e. 27-08-2018) what is applicable fee I want to pay along with late fee?

no need of filling ADT 1 in case of first auditor I guess.
I know it is not mandatory

while uploading the form it will show the fee and fine for the same
