when service tax rate was 12.36%, we can caculate amount before service tax at 89% rate i,e
Admission fee including service tax is 10000
so admission fee before service tax is, 100000*89/100=8900
so i want to know what is new rate as above when tax rate is 10.3%
THE NEW RATE WILL BE 90.67%( APPROX.).
AS PER NEW RATE FEE BEFORE ST=100000*90.665%=90665
AND ST =90665*10.3%=9335
