Cab service provider charge GST 12 % can I take input credit.

Please elaborate in detail , to whom you are providing services , you are company , sole proprietorship etc , details please.

If it is for personal use then you can't claim.

Individual cab service provider provide service to company .seating capacity less than 17 seat.

Block credit as per section 17(5)(b)(i) of the CGST act , you can not take input tax credit , please confirm.

He charged GST 5% in 2022 from Jan 22 charged 12% GST
