I m giving my 3rd attempt of intermediate 1 group on may 2019 but my exam dates are clased with my b.com 3 rd year so what should I do ??

Gaurav, you should check if the timings of exam clash too. If they don't , I suggest giving both.
Otherwise give preference to CA exams and give bcom exams next year when they will he held for your juniors.
