CA Signature requirement on Tentative Financials

I wanted to know can we submit tentative balance sheet of proprietary concern without getting it signed by a CA to the bank for loan sanction Purpose. If possible do share link or Screenshot of notification of ICAI / RBI

There is no legal or RBI-mandated requirement for a CA to sign tentative or projected financials. Banks may ask for it as part of their internal policy, but you can often provide self-certified (management-certified) statements or discuss the matter with your banker, citing the absence of a regulatory mandate.
