No idea..even for them..Since they firstly said that all lectures would be ready by Nov 30 09. Then they postponed to May 31 2010, which also was an agenda that could not be accomplished.
I mailed cashikha regarding the availability of IPCC lectures. The response is given hereunder.

We apologize for the delay in launch of IPCC Course on CA Shiksha portal. We understand how important it is for you. But because of delay in administrative approvals, development process has halted. As soon as we receive the necessary approvals, we will start the development process and launch the course at earliest.
