Does anyone know what to expect for a CA with 15 years of Work Experience in Mumbai or anywhere in India?

Haha. Well. I know a couple of my relatives who are working for a variety of Companies in Mumbai/Pune/Bangalore, etc., and honestly the package(as far as I know) largely depends on the work they're into.

Most of them seem like bright individuals. I can pinpoint 3 of them. One of them is working in Pune, and is a partner in a local firm there, and as far as I know, he's earning close to 25 lacs p.a., as a partner.

Another one works for a listed Company(I choose not to name it), with a turnover of close to 60,000 Crores, and is an Internal Auditor there, earning close to 15-18 lacs.

The last one made it big. He works at a Investment Bank-cum-brokerage firm(again I choose not to name it) in Mumbai. He's into Mergers & Acquisitions/Capital Advisory or something of that sort and quite possibly earns close to 1 Crore Rupees. He's about 34 years old. 

So yes, it largely depends on the role you'll be offered, and your previous work experience, and this is exactly why you haven't seen many replies to your question. And well, I'm sure you know a lot more about this than I do.

Just out of curiosity. What kind of work were you in, in Singapore? And why the sudden shift?

I used to work in the FP&A Dept of large insurance company. I am Technofunctional i.e. I understand technology and also business, finance aspects.
