CA's matrimonial advertisment

hello all,
as the CA act prohibits the CA's from publishing any type of advertisment or any type of solicitations of any nature or any media or any means what so ever, I want to know that weather the matrimonial advertisments given by a unmarried person who is a CA in matrimonial newspaper or website etc. and describing himself as a CA either in practice or job , is a violation of CA code of ethics or not.

I ask all the CA final students and/or other members of this forum to please reply to this.

the One Says:

All we have to go on is that it is a prevalent practice and has not been objected to by the ICAI Council. Though one might opine that it is not a practice that has been expressly sanctioned through the regulations like say giving of private tuitions or being a MP/MLA or acting as arbitrator, etc. however this is deemed consent in my opinion wherein a practice has not been objected to. Additionally, this manner of advertising of oneself so to speak should bear no more prominence than other similar advertisements so as to draw undue attention

Further, where this process is used in flagrant violation of professional good faith and used to draw attention in a manner of solicitation of clients then the Council might be take a different stand in the matter.
