hey Mr. secretary, not announcing the results on scheduled date is not an example of professional behaviour that the institute advocates, and when you said it is on 1st of feb, t s almost 12 pm now and there are no sign of results.. wake up and learn to meet Deadlines and then talk about advocating and emphasizing on  professionalism. Shame on the INSTITUTE.

why does it happen again and again with PCC results????? There should be exact time and date. this is very dissapointing.
