Nov 13 CA Final result is least out of May 2003 to Nov 2013...just 3.11%....Even 1st ranker has less than 50 marks in ISCA...nd less than 60 in FR and Audit....

failed .... hell of the results .. lowest ever in past 21 attempts ..
