Quick Summary
This discussion explores whether an individual holding foreign citizenship can practise Chartered Accountancy (CA) in India after clearing the CA exams. The general consensus suggests that individuals with foreign citizenship can indeed study CA on a work permit and subsequently practise in India if they hold an Indian CA certificate. The content also includes a highly generalised and negative commentary on various professions and groups.

CA'S are not good but only some of them.

MBA's are horrible and frauds, some of them.

Lecturers and colleges are horribly fraud, some of them.

Company founders are fraud, some of them.

Police, lawyers are fraud, some of them.

Immigration agents are fraud, some of them.

Kith and kin are fraud, some of them.

Amidst all of this, they can study CA on a work permit (Part time or Infact full time as well). If they have Indian certificate they can do practice as well.

Politicians, foreigners, locals are frauds, some of them.

Citizens are fraud, some of them.

CEO's are fraud, some of them.

Females are fraud, some of them.

Due to this, they facilitated fraud and taken out restrictions on everything apart from taxes.
