HI Friends,

I had a query related to CA Job and practice.My friend is a Qualified CA and at the same time he is holding COP also,but he want sign any audit report and other things.

Is it correct? and does they create any problem in future holding the things at the same time.

Please clarrify the same.Thanks

Part time COP haven't much benefits,

You can only provide consultancy to clients but you can not perform Audits or attest function.

Alternatively, You can not sign as a Chartered Accountant on the reports..

Dear Manoj,

Dont act as oversmart?You are not the one to decide how he clear CA and all.The Institute has already decided that and gave him the degree.

And Secondly they will be something hidden in that thing which he is not disclosing.he is on the safe side .dont worry about him.Even if he is holding COP he had made certain adjustements also.

My advice to you,GIve u r opinion rather than decision and insulting others.

One can do job along with cop but icai's permission is needed. And of you are hold cop you can do job with ca firm without any specific permission and also attest service can be provided.
