My cousin is workin in a software firm
-> Can he enroll for IPCC and do it part-time. Is it allowed.?
-> Do we have to get permission to do the same and what is the procedure.?
-> In the later time can be become a full-time CA professional?

•As per rules,he have to work for Minimum of 35Hrs in 7 Days( A Week), So your Idea of Part time May not work.
•As Far as you work for 35hrs there is no need of permission. If you want to study other courses than the permission is required.
• If he passes all this Hurdles than he can be a Successful CA.
