I have heard that as per a notification issued by the Board of Studies the students of CA Final Old Sylabus are not required to submit postal test papers for the purpose of getting eligibility certificate
Is this true?

In terms of the decision taken by the Council recently, students of Professional Education (II) and Final (Old) course may note that they need not submit test papers for the purpose of getting eligibility certificate.
