I have purchased a flat to set up office. My flat is in first floor and the area is a good commercial locality. Mine is first office kind thing in the apartment. Now, a few residents are saying Office cannot be setup there. The owners association does not have by laws. Suggest methods to handle the situation.
You may uses commercial use, because this is Professional offices, without interupting to others
There are many such offices I have come across. One thing you can do is that you can assure them that the Society shall not get any kind of disturbance because of your office.
