Believe in yourself and your training. A person from a mediocre firm is an all rounder. You are good at all things. So boast about your training, your experience.And be flexible with any software, it takes sometime to learn , But there should be the inherent will , need and enthusiasm to learn any new software that comes your way. Be flexible. You can do it.
