CA is Sufficient than one is CA & CS.

CA is enough, but if u r CS too then u get a bit preference in ur early stage of career as u will be aware of all the compliances but then as the time will go u will gain exp and then it will not matter that u r CS or CA..

Additional degree/qualification always gives benefit.

Additonal qualification is not necessary to attain good position.. A Proffesional qualification is only for an entry. Your own competancies and skills will give u  to better propects. And too much of qualification will leads you to confuse.. Better choose one area  and specialise in it...
