Thankx for solution!!

Queries

1. Sir In Que.5(b), I have assumed that Dealer has opted for CASH BASIS and not POTR.

Wether my assumption is correct ?

2. Sir in Ques. 6(b), I have done my solution similarl as you have done. Is there no need to mention any note or something else ?

Errors / Confusions

1. In Que. 5(b), he has Service Taxable `30 Lacs during Previosu Year, so his ST liablity during the previous year must be less than 10 Lacs, so why you have not given any exemtion of `10 Lacs in ST ?

2. In Que. 3(a)(ii), Formula is (15*30*25,000)/26 ie. `4,32,692.31 (this is least)  is exempt.

Well I appreciate your efforts for releasing the suggested answers but dont make any claims as No 1 book or No 2 book. I have already wasted Rs 350 in purchasing the "So called" No 1 book in the process of bringing the truth to the students. I once again post the review of this book and request students dont get cheated by the Tag used by the author. Students who purchase this book will be shocked to see that a National Best book (!!!!!) has failed to cover ST & VAT constituting 50 marks in examinations. Apart from this, there are very many omissions and mistakes. Here is my review posted few months back about this book.

this review is most biased i have ever read. Again i am deleting my account.

I am not at all surprised by the stand taken by you because when I posted this review few months back Mr K K Agrawal also did not respond as to how his book is better than others and opted to delete his account. So you are following the footsteps of Mr K K Agrawal.

Please note that again I say Income tax is an ocean and each book is unique in explaining the provisions in their own way. And no great authors like Dr Vinod K Singhania, Dr Girish Ahuja, CA Vinod Gupta or CA T.N.Manoharan made such claims. Don't make such false claims and play with the life of the students.

Do you expect it is worth for a student to buy a book which a) Covers only 50% of the syllabus. b) Loaded with many omissions c) Does not explain the concepts or background for a particular provision or amendment when compared to other books mentioned above.

Bye Bye Mr K K Agrawal. Come with a better publication next time without making any false claims and more importantly removing that "No 1" Tag.
