2)Bonus,gratuity n EPF ;15-20 marks
3)company law:30-40 marks
4)contract:15-20 marks.

thanks bro...but from which book should we study the subject
I don't know whether it's good advice or not ,but I just read practise manual and go through past year question.
Of course ,I have first completed mine law clasess.
Read Munish Bhandari law book and PM.
if you have not read law atleast once, relying on pm alone would be suicidal. the trend has changed that examiners shows no much interest in pm these days. either read icai material or munish bhandari book. latter is suggested as it contains previous qns also.
