- Checking of various Travel & Expense Vouchers and managing their corresponding entries in Excel files.
- Verification of Employee expense submissions.
- Preparation of Purchase Orders according to Vendor agreements.
- Preparation of Service Tax & TDS returns.
- Entering transactions of Bank statements in Accounting ERP.
- Issuing of Cheques/ Making vendor Payments
- Office procedures and systems including preparation of working papers and maintenance of the same.
- Preparation of various Account reconciliations at month end and supporting in Audits
- Review of contracts from Internal Database and recognizing revenue accordingly.
- Updating Master Data from Contract Client List.
- Supporting in preparation of various Analysis and MIS Reporting.
