is buyback rate 15% or 25% for nov 14 as in rtp it is givn 15% bt praveen sharma sir in amdt cls told it ws nt relevant for accounts papee...in chaptr of corporate restructuring we will use 25% only na???

LIMIT STANDS 25%
BUT for listed companies which are governed by SEBI (regulations) limit is 15% from open market
This means that even listed company can exceed 15% but max upto 25% if they buy back such excess from Sources other than open market viz
1 odd lots
2 Employyes
3 Existing SH on a propotionate basis
