Dear gaurav Sir, Please explain the concept of Arbitrage in FRA (forward rate agreement).

Please solve following Question:

3 month interest rate is = 8% p.a.

6 month interest rate is 10 %

3 X 6 FRA = 11%-12%

Is arbitrage is possible? please provide me the solution.

HI SIR.,

I HAVE TO APPEAR IN MAY 2012. NIETHER I HAVE TAKEN COACHING FOR SFM NOR I AM COMPLETED WITH SELF STUDY, I AM FOLLOWING STUDY MATERIAL FOR SELF, BUT ITS GETTING WORST NOW. CONCEPTS ARE NOT GETTING MUCH CLEARED. I HAVE VERY LESS TIME LEFT NOW, PLEASE ADVICE SIR. HOW CAN I BE EXAM ORIENTED AND WHAT ALL CAN I DO TO ATLEAST PASS IN SFM. :( BECAUSE I KNW IN 20 DAYS I HAVE TO EVEN FINISH OTHER SUBJECTS,. PLEASE HELP OUT. :(

sorry for late reply....pls go through all concepts and practice manual questions ..through this u must get 40-50 marks in sfm...but must go through with concepts...
