Final students:  Initial registration for Final Course is valid for 5 years.  Students, who have registered for the Final Course on or before 31st December, 2008 (including shifted students of Final (Old) Course to Final (New) Course) are required to revalidate their Final Course registration. Such students are advised to apply for revalidation before 31st December, 2013 without paying revalidation fee. In case any student fails to apply for revalidation by 31st December, 2013 he/ she then shall have to pay the prescribed revalidation fee, as stated above, after 1st January, 2014 for revalidating the registration. After reading the above para please share your understanding that whether it means that revalidation is required only in case of students who were registered on or before 31/12/2008 or it is compulsory for students registered thereafter as well. 1. Revalidation needs to be done by students whose registration/revalidation period has completed or about to complete 5 years period.
.
2. Students registered on/before 31.12.2008 were only exempted from paying the fee and that too if they had revalidated before 31.12.2013.
.
3. At present, fee is applicable for every student who does revalidation.
.
4. Just check your final registration/previous revalidation date. If it’s within 5 years, then don’t worry further. If 5 years has expired or about to expire before/during the exams, then revalidate the same for any unnecessary tension.
