i had registered for CA final on 13th March 2012.
does i require to re validate my registration for appearing in Nov 16 exam.

Registration for CA Final Course is valid for 5 years.
So, your registration is valid till 13.03.2017.
Consequently, you don’t need to revalidate your registration for Nov'16 exams.
