It was dismissed by HC as HC didn't find any merits in that appeal
Sad but even the President of ICAI didn't live up to his promise...none of my friends gpt their certified copies free of cost as promised for those who were in discrepancy list. I think they should not make up excuses if they can't keep their promises.
