My friend had appeared for the CA Final Exam (old course) held in Nov,2009. The results have been declared, but on checking the result and entering the Roll No. in the field, a message is displayed that "Result for the Roll No. is WITHHELD. Please contact Additional Secretary (Exams) at final_examhelpline @ icai.in for details." He had been to Delhi Office to check the status. The people there say that everything is complete from there part and say to contact the Board of Studies at Noida. The officials in the Noida Office say that they have still not received the documents which they are supposed to receive from the Decentralised Office.
So, Please help that what is the solution of this problem. How can the result be known?
