CA-Final Registration

While I am registering for CA Final through SSP Portal, all the details viz Roll No, Year/Attempt of Pass has Pre-filled.
But on the tab of docs upload, there were highlighted note - Student who cleared CPT should have uploaded their mark sheet appropriate place. although the column is not mandatory (*). I don't have my CPT mark sheet. what should I do now? is it possible to fill the registration form only through signature, photo, and IPCC mark sheet??
