CA FINAL REGISTRATION

AFTERWARD ... 1 YEAR BEFORE COMPLETION OF ARTICLESHIP 

HOWEVER U CAN TAKE CLASSES REGULAR 

so now i have to join articleship. and when should i do advanced itt and orientation?

AICITSS (adv itt and gmcs) is to be done anytime in your 2nd and 3rd year or articles.

You can register for final even now. But it would be better to register after 1.5 years as the books will be updated. However, you can join your classes now.

As per ICAI norms we must have to submit articleship certificate before applying for CA Final but I had completed five years under CA as a Audit Assistant. So, whether I can get exemption from articleship or not? And how? Please suggest some way to do it.

At present, a student has to serve as an articled assistant for a period of three years under
Regulation 50. Alternatively, a student can serve as an audit assistant for a period of four
years under Regulation 71. It is also permitted to undergo training partly as an articled
assistant and partly as an audit assistant. Before intending to join as an audit assistant, a
student has to serve a minimum period of one year as a salaried employee with a minimum
salary of `1500/- per month in case of cities with a population of one million and above, and
` 1000/- per month in case of cities / towns having a population of less than one million under
a member with whom he is planning to join as an audit assistant or in the firm of Chartered
Accountants in practice wherein he is a partner. For this purpose, a service of eight months
as an audit assistant shall be reckoned as six months of service as an articled
assistant. Any fraction of a period of less than eight months as an audit assistant is ignored.
