Ca final registration

Hello friends, I have one query about CA final registration. I cleared PCC exams in May,2011. But still i did not register

for CA final due to some reason. Now i am planning to appear for (May, 2013) CA final exams. Can i register for CA final in

the month of Jan, 2013. I heard from someone that atleast registration is reured prior to 6 months before CA final exams. 

Sp please help me in this matter. If possible then give som elink for this
