Can any one guide us regarding whether Pracise manual of Advance management Accounting ( AMA) and ISCA published in January 2016 applicable for May 2016 or old one ie January 2014 & January 2015 respectively ?

These are not law related subjects, so there will not be major changes in the compilation. You can download the latest edition from Institute's website and see if there is any substantial changes, if not prepare from the current book which you already own.
