Can group one preparation be completed in June and July?

There are still 5 months left for the November 2018 CA exams.
In my opinion, Five months is ample time for preparation of the first group. You just need to develop a proper strategy and ensure that it is executed well. Also make sure that you are done with the subjects before October and leave the last month for revision.
Start with one practical subject and one theory subject in June and try to complete them by the mid of July. Also, don't do selective studies and rather, aim for 100% syllabus coverage as the exams are very unusual in pattern.

5 months are enough for all 8 subjects.
However, if you're planning to do just 4 subjects in 5 months, I would caution you. When we have so much time for 4 subjects, we tend to get lazy thinking that we have a lot of time in hand.
