CA-Final (Old) Exam Form Issue

Dear Friends,

I am a student of CA-Final (Old Course), I am trying to file CA-Final exam form for second group in May, 2021 attempt but I am neither able to upload Certificate of Service nor I am able to submit exam form. Whenever I am trying to upload Certificate of Service every time file corrupted message is showing.  I tried to file exam form from various browsers like Chrome, Internet Explorer but still I am facing the same issue. So I kindly request you to kindly assist me in this regard and help me in filling the exam form in time.
