Practice Manual as per new companies act 2013 is yet to be issued by ICAI.
No. It has alrdy been issued as per new act. i have new pm. Bought 1 mnth back itself here in Bangalore. But i dnt knw whether new provisions on books of a/c chapt or not. I need to check. But am sure those 45 sections alrdy incorporated.
wtever newly inserted all are in bold font including new questions on 45 sections.

I have January 14 edition of Practice Manual. Do I need to study from Supplementary issued for law n co act 13 as well ? Are their any changes after January Practice Manual
Yes. Provisions relating to Audit & Accounts have been added in the syllabus later. These are not included in the Jan 14 edition of PM.
U may download supplimentary material from ICAI website.
Instead of wasting time in cross check wid old pm..its better to buy new pm. And also download law supplementary material.
i checked with the institute book centre they still hav jan 14 as d latest edition..they shud hav provided updated ones for nov1 4

yes i am referring munish bhandari only as of now..was thinking of gtng the latest practice manual..
Then fine ..new questions n new 45 sections are alrdy incorporated in jan edition. Its gud. And for chapt IX Accounts of comp sec 128 to 138..u can refer it in munish new book plus icai supplement material.
