Instead of using munish bhandari - main book u try to use hand book, almost 100 pages are there to cover the whole chapter .

The handbook is very easy to understand, covers the past year exams questionsl also..

Atleast once a text book is a must. U wld get an idea how to attempt the practicals which are asked. Generally a single practical carries 8 marks, & the length of answer given in hand book is of one or two lines.

Go for Company law first & then allied laws. Book seems to be bulky because in all the practicals entire provisions relating to same is repeated again & again.

u will understand the concept. i do agree with ishan that main book gives an idea of writing in paper will suggest u to do it from hand book first then u can read from main book .......... u will be able to get confidence ......
