if I covert from CA final old course to new , do I have to undergo AICITSS if I have already done advance itt and gmcs 1 earlier. but gmcs 2 is still pending

No you have to only do that gmcs 2 ( name for this in the new course is different which i am not sure of ) after CA also. No need to redo itt and op. You can check ICAI notification regarding this.
