For FR, SFM, Costing you can use your class notes. Audit, AS, SA use kamal garg, company law munish bhandari hand book, isca manish valecha, DT manoharan, IDT Vaitheeshwaran. Complement PM, supplementary case laws and Amendments book, RTP.
is the icai module sufficient for idt service tax specifically
Yes, you can use institutes material also. I have suggested Vaitheeshwaran because of paucity of time.

...for ISCA i can say..."devote atleast 1 hour daily for Isca .."this daily hour for isca will keep you in touch with the language which u need to use in exam. u neednot to do any special efforts for gaining marks in isca.
n prefer only ICAI studymat and practice manual check questions from Scanner...NO any other external book is required as i think..

ISCA – Manish Valechha (BEST) (Memory Based Edition)... It is the best-selling book for ISCA. … it is comprehensive and easy to learn... It explains all topics with examples, diagrams, memory codes (refer study material if you have surplus time but not actually required). And at last, go through Practice Manual for important questions.
Direct Taxes - T.N. Manoharan Plus Summary Module of Vinod Gupta (Prepare notes for lengthy and typical portion, if possible). You can also refer Vinod Gupta Full Modules Set If you are having sufficient time for preparation.
