Hello everyone.....I have a few questions regarding ca final may 2015:
1. I would like to know whether we ca final students have companies act 2013 completely in may 15 exams andif so which book to refer??
2. also whether schedule 3 is applicable in accounts and if so which chapters of financial reporting would be affceted by the changes
3. I wish to know the changes in audit for ca final and whether for audit V K Agrawal book is good or not??
1. sections notified till 30th sep are applicable. It is around 240 sections. you shud refer Munish Bhandari book which is not yet out, so wait till it comes. Also Institute has already came up with their book, hard copy and soft copy both. For soft copy check their website.
2. Schedule III is applicable for May 15 and there is hardly any change from Revised Sch VI. Still it will affect all chap in which B/S is prepared such as Holding, Corporate Restructuring, Amalgamation etc.
3. I think changes which are applicable in nov 14 will continue to apply in May 15 too. I would refer by Surbhi's book and dont know abt V.K. Agarwal's book.
For Audit :- Go for surbhi bansal book its good.....
For law :- Wait til the new books out with proper guidliess from ICAI
