Tough paper lot of penalties ask in different question mashiah bhandhari sir student are in big trouble kyuki sir penalty sec to skip lra dayte h

Penalty should not be asked. Itni penalties hai poore company law mai. Then penalties of allied laws. How can we learn all penalties. Students focus is always towards learning sections and rules. Caro was said to be out of syllabus, still it was asked.

Yea..and it was pretty specific..testing many points within a section like that of internal audit..

Default of repaying deposit.?dividend can't be paid if there is default..till the default continues..

Rahul - penalties were given in respective sec in munish Bhandari.....there is no separate chap given.....whatever penalties asked in exam they were given in the book......all the best for group 2 now....
