Penalty should not be asked.
Itni penalties hai poore company law mai.
Then penalties of allied laws.
How can we learn all penalties.
Students focus is always towards learning sections and rules.
Caro was said to be out of syllabus, still it was asked.

Default of repaying deposit.?dividend can't be paid if there is default..till the default continues..
Rahul - penalties were given in respective sec in munish Bhandari.....there is no separate chap given.....whatever penalties asked in exam they were given in the book......all the best for group 2 now....
