CA Final Law Nov 2011: Easy but be ready 4 tough checking!

Final 4029 views 27 replies

It is a rare sight when students in exam centres start leaving their rooms @ 315pm. Either they were dumbos knowing nothing or having hands of Superman. Today's paper was really really easy from CA final's standards. This definitely DIDNT CHECK UR CONCEPTS , BUT UR MEMORY POWER AND UR DESCRIPTIVE POWER.

As per me, Questions worth 5marks at the most were given a whole 8marks, giving ample opportunities to examinees to show their story-telling prowess(obviously wont fetch marks).

The crux of the answer would require that one knew the initial parts of every section(popular ones).

No major questions from directors(those who gave majority of their time to director will lose out).

No questions from winding up(so no complaints of questions being out of syllabus)

I did have small but important doubts in between questions; both nothing major that would warrant me leaving an entire chunk of question(remember Chop-Shop method in FM).

ICAI will surely resort to "tough checking" to normalise. Every tom,di#k and harry can't be CA.

A buffoon at my Exam centre shouted,"agar aisa paper aaya toh harr bcom student ca bann jaega".

What an insult. But, he is an idiot(a real one and not Rancho).

There IS SOMETHING CALLED GROUP II, WHICH IS THE GOLDEN WAND OF OUR INSTITUTE. WAIT FOR 2 DAYS TO SEE THE EFFECTS.

but i feel that paper was not easy specially bcoz there were not any past questions...they tested unimportant areas from every chapter & tried to cover ech & every part of syllabus.....

What is the consequence of not having signed the answer sheet by the candidate inadvertently?

i don't think anything will happen unless it ,via ur bad luck, will catch the operator's eye. The roll number and circles are imp.

in fact it was a gud CA paper

Alot of questions were from the rtp nov 2011.

all d best for d next BATTLE... :-)

Paper was easy...no tricky questions were there...case laws are easy...

In group 1, except accounts all papers were ok....

Lets see wat group is waiting for us...:)

hey anyone plz share the question paper........

guys.. i made a blunder... i wrote section 394 instead of section 294 in sole selling agents. However, al d provisions n everything was write. it was just like a printing mistake in some book. will i get marks for my ans or a zero???

i am giving only grp one...

i personally feel ridiculous to discuss answers here n q papers...wat a stupidity ...

i really cant understand,y ppl stamp a paper as easy/tuff unless hes an idiot...tuffness depends upon ur preparations nd its variable to guy to guy...ppl discussing paper here are jus irrational ..y dont u use time in better way....i see many knowledgeble gys failing xmx n idiots passing xam..

take my case,in pcc i read all subjects extensively except info tech ,but i got max in tht...u never know wat icai expects from u as they dont release key..u r mere speculating...

n stop judging ppl,guy who leaves xm hall in 15 mins cud be nything...may b hes trying for exemption in sum sub which needs attendance in all subs...

n u neednot stamp ny 1 as idiot unless ur..evry 1 are bound to have an opinion, need nt match urs...

gud luk for grp 2

lol,wat a stupid q..do u think students here are valuers ....or if thers ny valuer here, wait for his authentic answer...

i think the law paper was of b.com standard and thats why it was tough for those students who studies with concepts and not merely by mugging up the provisions, the paper was designed to help mugging up people................................

concepts ? in law where do you find concepts ? Law is full of mugging the provisions...whosoever is able to retain those provisions, is able to do the paper

why r u so angry mr. sushant. every1 has their opinion. that doesnt mean u use words like idiot, buffoon, dumbos. u might have prepared well. but u cant get angry on others. we r not robots to perfect in everything. u urself said paper was very easy and u hav issues if som1 calls it a bcom standard paper.
