I am appearing for ca final exam in November 2017
Is munish bhandari 23rd edition i. e. applicable for November 2016 along with icai supplementary sufficient or should I buy the new book applicable for November 17?

yes it is sufficient. new book formatting is not so good.
new handbook of munish bhandari is v bad....it dosnt have any text....all provisions is in chart form...without reading the text of law you cannot write language of law in paper
even the whole handbook is in blue color which irritates a lot while reading....i bought it and wasted money....better take may 17 edition and cover ammendments from icai supplementary material....rest up to you
thats why i did not buy original book. thinking to purchase may 17 book

You mean to say it will be a wastage of money to buy a new hand book of munish bhandari for law? If so, how to cover the amendments from?
@ hitesh cover it from supplementary study material provided by ICAI or u can download amendment notes of Swapnil patni from his website
