Hello,

I have my ca final attempt in nov 16, i would like to know how should i study for corporate and allied laws?

Hello..

You can go for munish bhandari book..p.m is must..first complete allied laws..then start with corporate laws..in corporate laws first complete Dividend,account,  audit, Directors chapter..this chapters are important.
