Ca final law

Exactly was my point & ur words are in mind. Icai has asked the stuffs wch are in the syllabus. Nothing wrong in that. The person dedicated properly, he will do properly. Rest of the people starts to blame icai. According to them, paper has to come easily & they should not ask new questions. But, FR it was too lengthy I accept but Yesterday in law, nothing was wrong in that. They asked those provisions wch are in syllabus only. For ur( those people who dint studied out of PM's) kind information, pm contains only 40 to 50% of past exam questions to practice..rest u guys have to prepare from icai mtrl or ur liking authors to complete the syllabus. Even I have given first grp..to some extent I did well but for those questions wch I dint do well, for this I blamed myself not icai. First prepare well as per ca final level then see u will not get chance to icai. @ zoya..ya u r right.

Ok. Now onwards, while sharing our views, we will reply: The Paper was very easy. They asked Penalties. So easy stuff. It was given in the modules. It's another thing that I didn't know. But damn easy paper brother. Hope this fits in your reviews

Yeah, the goddess of CA has proclaimed and we will adhere to it. Her reply is very similar to people defending Salman Khan i.e people will crush pavement dwellers and you should not be sleeping there.

It seems she has been hired by ICAI to defend them here as ICAI itself knows that this is proving to be one of the worst attempts in history.

Those who found it tough,its ok if you give honest reviews. But the people degrading who did it right and are expecting good marks just because they themselves could not do it is just not done. Why pull themdown with you

And as a matter of fact,questions were straight and to the point and was from syllabus,so  no need cussing ICAI or people who say their exam was good. Mine was also not good but atleast I know where my problem lies. I am not blaming ICAI or any other factor for my incompetence, Also if it is in your book,it is in the syllabus and can be asked in any form by paper setter.

 

 

Its not like that..i accept I knw its really bit tough n lengthy too especially FR, sfm n audit. But the point is those stuffs are in syllabus rite & if we would have cover at least 90% syllabus then we can clear if we present it in a proper way. After FR paper, I have seen that 90% of the students said whr is that brand valuation question, tough question this that etc. But I dint feel tough with respect to that particular question..why..that question is there in icai new study mtrl. This is the way am saying. Other than this, yes audit paper n all was bit tough & even I dint do well. But, not law paper. That's all. All the best for 2nd grp guys😊.

slum dwellers did not have choice because of their poverty,but CA student have lots of choices to save themselves from ICAI's land cruiser.

Also if you brand common sense as command,not my fault. I am just saying some people find exams tough,some find it easy. Ranks are scored in every attempt with good marks,also around 3000 become CAs every attempt. If you find the exam tough you can curse ICAI all you want,but dont pull down people who found it easy than you.

Firstly calm yourselves down. WIth a tougher than average paper,you can expect good passing percentage.Secondly,in every attempt there are people who will say things like these. It is the frustration of a student after toiling hard for months and coming to this,where all his labour goes down the drain.

 

However I do agree with the point that if people are berating others because their exam did go well are not doing correct,however they will not be affected as their exam was good,they will be all jolly with big grin on their faces when the results comes.

So just chill out,concentrate on further exams. All the best to all examinees.

@ ameya..yes, I proudly say law paper was easy for me & also for my friends here in bangalore because we have read almost all especially from icai modules only. In munish bhandari, he dint cover lot of stuffs. Like that, I proudly say audit paper was tougher q me because I knw how much I have prepared SA's. First understand in wch way am expressing the sentences. I dont knw how to reply in a sarcastic way. So all the best for ur exams n also for others..bye bye

I have given attempt and I know how was the exam exactly. I attempted for around 80 marks and left those penalty questions and 1(c) about SEBI presiding officer and members and wrote my own laws in many I may not be able to get more than 50,if you think thats important.

What's done is done..good or bad..just have to face it..all the best for tomorrow folks..

i am sorry sister zoya but you should attempt final ca minimum 4 attempts , maybe then you can undustand pain of over at least 5000+ students , how does even a single mark matter . i spoke to a few professors and examiners , even they admitted penalties change every time amd even they do not remember them , how do you expect a student to rember penalties under exam pressure .. i feel you must have maybe not given final ca or cleared in your first attempt ..
