Could somebody plz tell me what exactly is not applicable from the Chap 'Winding up' and what is to be studied from it ?
I am refering the book by Munish Bhandari.

What ICAI mean by " Students are advised to study the general provisions relating to winding up as given in the study material" ? What things are need to be study and what not ?
