paper was set in such a way u feel the question to be easy and u start solving, and u end up leaving half way through, because of the intracacies involved midway.
can any body pls upload the question paper?
amalgamation question was erroneous. PC was 1280 lacs share issue but authorised cap was 900 lakhs. It wasted a lot of my time. will ICAI compensate for it

new syllabus paper how was it? were the questions from study material???
1st question (compulsory) 16 marks was from chain holding in consolidation. this was removed by ICAI from it's study material recently.
in the demerger sum there were 2 amounts for debentures redemption what was it? premium??
new syllabus questions were mostly from study material only.. ones who were thorough with study material would have done really good. but the compulsory question given was removed from portion.. yet they asked it... purpose of corrigendum is defeated !! 😑
in que 1 part b ... the cash flows were given in crores but all other amounts were in lacs...

dose ICAI check question paper before it gets finalised? bcz of mistakes in paper lots of time gets wasted in checking that is there is mistakes in paper or in our understanding.. ridiculous thing is this bcz it's happening in every 6mnth..
