Yes U Can........Appear For CA Final May 2011.............

and Complete Remain Period After Exam

if u are a pcc student then one can appear for finals when he is serving last 6 months of his articleship (including excess leave, if any ) as on the last date of the month just preceeding the month of examination.

however in ur case the excess leave which is still pending to be served comes to 193 days...which is definately higher than 6 months . so in this case u r still not in the last 6 months of articleship....so what u shud do is start the training again and serve for atleast 20-25 days till 30th april 2011........so that when u enter the month of examination (i.e; may'11) ur pending articleship is less than 180 days.............

wat is the procedure for a student to convert from C.A final old syllabus to nre course?i had already passed one group under old syllabus? plz guide me..

Its easy, just fill and send the form for CA final conversion to new syllabus(on icai websitehttps://www.icai.org/new_post.html?post_id=721&c_id=120), with fee of  Rs.1100/- and send to your regional office.

ICAI  will send you the New course study material.
