Ca final exam leave ?
I asked my principal for 4 months leave for CA Final exam but he is only giving me 2 months leave. can't I do anything for that ? he is not listening to me, can I complaint about this to icai ?? or any other measures ?? plzz help me need your suggestions on this.. thanks for your reply

In this case we are helpless.
All laws are in favour of CA.
That's not fair. There should something for students.

Appear for one group in which you feel comfortable and try to negotiate with your principal, if don't agree then don't stretch this matter. It's ca final nobody knows what will be the result, so give your best in these 2 months.
That's all are being decided at the time of joining.
And if you have not took excess leave (1/6th of Working Days).
Then go on Leave. In this case no one can increase your Training. 1/6th leave is our right, which can't be seize by anybody.
