A friend of mine is a ca final student, so i m having a doubt that if a student is found guilty in exam of cheating in ca final exam and his or her results gets cancled n copy case is on that person.n the decision of icai gives a warning and leave the case, then is it so that, that person wont clear ca final exam even after giving multiple exams attempts. Is it so that icai will fail that student in all the attempts given by him or her on purposefully??

ICAI does not intentionally fail students in future attempts after a copy case is resolved. Once the official penalty (like a warning and result cancellation) is served, the student starts with a clean slate for future exams, and their papers are checked purely based on performance.
