Ca final eligibility
Hi, I started with my articleship from 12th September 2014 and havent taken any leaves until 7th August 2016. From then until my exams ie 17 th May 2017 will not be going to office. So will I be eligible for giving the May attempt? My principal has already signed the service certificate but now she is not signing the exam form as i have already submitted the form online. Will there be any problems later on if I clear my exams??? Please help,its very urgent!!

In my opinion as on the date of filing the exam form say 20th Feb 2017. your total leaves amount to 197 approx. So as on today you can assume that your articleship including this extension of around 42-45 days gets over on or before 31 Oct 2017.
Lets see what others think on this.
I know all this is just tweaking with the rules , but if its reasonable then why not for exams.
