How was the paper ? How much weightage was given to amendments & case laws ?

around 20/25 marks was from amendment

It was a decent one...nothing out of the box..few new points along with the old one ..where few marks cud easily b scored based on normal knowledge about the provision...

Overall good paper..same in line with may 16....

Well, well well! The paper was actully well set, one must admit. The marks were distrubuted in an unconventional manner and the questions were given much importance to amendments. The paper clearly is a departure from conventional DT papers which are helpful for crammers (don't take offense)!

The message is very loud and clear here. Expect the unexpected. Work hard and cover everything, from study material to case law books and all the way to RTPs. Paper may feel lengthy to those who have not practiced the problems well and thorough. Anticipatory bail - It was lengthy for me!

Overall, a nice paper to blow away the expectations of the average students. Somehow, I have a feeling that this is the tougest in the second group!

Paper looks good. I solved 96 marks but may be my accuracy was less. But in case laws i hv written correct ansrs. Paper was quite easy. Not much confusing questions wer asked. It was straight forward. Good paper.

Made lots of silly mistakes. Second guessed myself before answering most of the questions and ended up writing the wrong answers almost everytime. :(

paper was good but lengthy...could attempt ful...hope step wise marks still remains d choice of paper checker...!!
al d best for last exam...do well guys...
dont think of anypaper now...jus concerntrate on last n give ur best...wil do my best..!!

I made silly mistakes in Q1 b. Written completely wrong manner. Calculated indexed cost and deducted it from sale valu of land 15 lacs. Instead of this proportion of 60 lacs needs to be deducted. So my second part ansr also become wrong. Huge loss of 10 marks.. I will feel very bad if i failed. :( silly mistakes even in easy question.
